About
"Bhog" refers to the food that is offered to deities during worship or rituals. The Rajbhog offering is used in Hindu temple traditions. The Rajbhog contains various things like fruits, sweets, cooked dishes, and other vegetarian food items. In this ritual, after the arti is done after the offering of Rajbhog to the deity, it is distributed as prasad. It is believed that offering bhog to God is the best way of expressing devotion to the deities. Aarti is a religious ritual of worship. This ritual symbolises the removal of darkness and the presence of the divine light.
At first, a sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then the invoking of Lord Krishna is done by the pujari with the help of mantras and prayers by the pujari. Then bhog is offered to Lord Krishna, the arti of Lord Krishna is done, and blessings are taken by the devotees. After the offering of bhog is done, the prasad will be distributed to the devotees.
