Ettumanoor Mahadeva temple in Ettumanoor, Kerala is dedicated to Lord Shiva, also known as Mahadev. This is one of the major ancient Shiva temples in Kerala and one of the most visited shrines. It is also one of the ‘Vaipu Sthalams’ mentioned in sacred hymns praising Lord Shiva, which were composed by poets in the 7th and 8th centuries CE.
