Guruvayur Temple
Guruvayoor Sri Krishna temple in Guruvayoor, Kerala is dedicated to Lord Guruvayurappan. The four armed form of Lord Vishnu with the Shankh – ‘Panchjanya’, Sudarshan Chakra, Gada and Lotus flower in His hands. This is the form seen by Lord Krishna’s parents Vasudeva ji and Devki Mata when He was born in Mathura. This is believed to be the abode of Lord Vishnu on earth.
