Mannarasala Sree Nagaraja Temple in Haripad is dedicated to Nagraja, the King of Serpents. This ancient and highly revered temple is located in a thickly wooded area and is the largest Nagaraja temple in Kerala. The worship of Naga and Naga Devta has its own importance in Hinduism, besides being associated with Lord Shiva.
