The Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Temple is a famous Hindu temple situated in Dwarka, India. Located on an island, around five thousand years ago, a unique form of Lord Shiva appeared in the Arabian Sea. History of Bhadkeshwar Temple, Dwarka

About five thousand years ago, a Shivalinga appeared in the Arabian Sea. Today, this place is known as Shri Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Mandir. The biggest festival of the temple is Maha Shivratri. On this day, a grand fair is held around the temple. The temple is built on the edge of Dwarka and is a peaceful Shaivite temple.
