The Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Temple is a famous Hindu temple situated in Dwarka, India.
Located on an island, around five thousand years ago, a unique form of Lord Shiva appeared in the Arabian Sea. Today, we call it the Shri Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Temple. Every year in June and July, the ocean itself pours water on the Shivalinga, making the temple a part of the sea for some time. The temple is most famous for the grand festival of Maha Shivratri. During this festival, a big fair takes place around the temple.
