Pashupatinath - Laghu Rudrabhishek with 11 Brahmin and Hawan

Although there are a total of ten chapters in Rudrashtadhyayi, only eight are considered main. Rudrashtadhyayi is a part of Yajurveda and Vedas have been described as the best scriptures. Vedas are parts of Shiva only.
