11 Brahmin Bhojan In Pushkar

Brahmin Bhojan is a sacred Hindu ritual in which eleven learned Brahmins are respectfully invited, worshipped and served a pure vegetarian (Satvik) meal. It is performed to seek the blessings of the deities, satisfy ancestors (Pitrus), remove obstacles and earn spiritual merit (Punya). The ritual is commonly conducted after major pujas, homas, Shradh ceremonies, or on auspicious occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, housewarming ceremonies, and fulfillment of vows.

The ritual starts with a Sankalp in the name of the devotee. Eleven Brahmins are respectfully welcomed, offered a seat, and worshipped with tilak. A freshly prepared Satvik meal is then served. After the meal, Dakshina, are offered. The ceremony ends with receiving the blessings of the Brahmins and praying for peace, prosperity, and the fulfillment of wishes.
