Paduka abhishek is the ritual were abhishek is done on Lord dattatreya's feat or footwear. The term "Paduka" refers to he foot or footwear and "Abhishek" is a ritualastic bathing. This ritual is the best way to seeking blessing of Lord Dattatrey.The paduka abhishek is common in temples particularly it is dedicated to Lord Dattatrey where their footwear of feat is considered sacred. In this ritual paduka abhishek is done with help of things like Milk, Water, Honey, Yogurt, Ghee. 

"Homam" or "Hawan" is a ritual involving a fire ceremoney where offerings are made into sacred fire.  The fire in the homam is represent Agni and the fire God. It is believed to the offerings to the deities. It is belived that Lord Dattatreya is incarnation of the hindu trinity Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. In this ritual offering is done to get blessing of Lord Dattatreya. 

Pallaki is a metal or wooden seat is it's used to carrying Lord's idol. Pallaki seva is a type of seva in which the idols of the Lord dattatreya would be place in the pallaki ans it would be lifted by devotees. In sripaada srivallabha temple pallaki seva would take place in daily bsis. During the pallaki seva devotees carrying the pallaki on their shoulders and do parikrama of Dattatreya temple.
