Puja At Khushimath

Khushimath is a holy pilgrimage site dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. The word Sukshma is derived from Sanskrit which means small amount of offering. The Yamunotri or the source of Yamuna is one of these holy locations which is also one of the Char Dham. Worshipping here brings peace to mind. The Yamuna is one of the most sacred river in Hinduism.

The word Saptashati is a combination of two words "Sapta" means Seven and "shata" means hundred. Durga Saptashati is a auspicious text dedicated to Goddess Durga. It is believed that the Durga saptashati path was written by the sage Markandey. The Durga Saptashati path is divided in to 13 capers and these chapter are contains 700 mantras that is why this path is called Durga Saptashati. The Durga Saptashati tells the story of the battle between Goddess Durga and Mahishasura.  

Manorath puja is a religious puja. The term "manorath" means "desire" or "wishes".  The puja is performed with the intent of seeking the fulfilment of desire and aspiration. Typically, the ritual involves offering prayers, flowers, and other items to the Goddess, and this puja is done by the pujari ji with the chanting of Vedic mantras.
