Puja in Badrinath

Pind Daan is a ritual performed by offering prayers to the ancestors or the soul. The puja is an important part of Hindu funeral rites and is done to have a peaceful journey of the departed soul. To get rid of this dosh one must perform rituals.  It is a person's duty to respect and make donations to satisfy their ancestors.

Badrinath is known as one of the four dhams in Hindu religion. As the location is linked with Lord Vishnu it is counted as a very auspicious site for performing rituals that ensure the peace to the ansectors. So, the devotees prefer Badrinath as very beneficial for the rituals like Shradh, Pind Daan and Tarpan as it benefits them the most.
