Ahmednagar-Nakshatra Shanti Puja

Vedic astrology, each person's birth chart is analyzed based on the position of the moon and stars at the time of his or her birth. The moon resides in one of the 27 nakshatras, and each nakshatra has its own characteristics and influence on a person's life. These nakshatras are known as janma nakshatras or birth stars. Nakshatra Shanti Puja is performed at Vishal Ganesh Mandir to seek protection from the negative effects of Mahadasha and to seek blessings from the nakshatra deities.

First of all, Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then the Kalash is established with the help of coconut and water. Then Lord Ganesha is invoked by the priest. Then, Prasad of flowers, fruits, grains, etc. is offered by the priest following all the Vedic rituals. Then Havan is performed. Finally, the puja is completed by performing Aarti and receiving blessings.
