Chandi Yagya which is also known as chandi havan is described as one of the most powerful rituals in the Hindu religion. In this Yagya, a form of Goddess Durga is worshipped as Goddess Chandi. The yagya is performed to seek her blessings and protection. Ambaji Chandi Havan holds great spiritual significance as it represents the battle of good over evil.
First Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then Goddess Chandi is invoked by the pujari with the help of mantras and other things are offered like flowers etc. Then the path of Goddess Chandi is done. At last, aarti is done of the Goddess Chandi and her blessings are taken.
