Maha Mrityunjay Mantra is a powerful mantra dedicated to Lord Shiva. Maha means great, Mrityu means death and Jaya means victory. It is beleived that the Mahamrityunjay Jaap was written by Markandey Rishi, And helps you to avoid diseases and mistimed death. This puja is considered the winner of Mrityu.
At first sankalp is taken in the name of the devotess. After that the pandit ji invokes Lord Shiva, then 600 Mahamrityunjay mantras are chanted by our Pandit ji, then 300 mantras of Abhishek Puja are chanted, then Havan is performed and finally Aarti is performed, then blessings are taken by the devotees.
