About

Navchandi Yagya is a form of Nav Durga Puja, which is performed to worship the nine forms of Goddess Durga. It is done in the form of a Yajna, which is a religious ritual involving sacred fire and chanting of mantras. By performing this havan at Mata no Madh, devotees get freedom from suffering.

At first, Kalash is established. Then Lord Ganesh puja is done. Then Sankalp is taken in the name of devotees. Then invoking Goddess Durga is done with mantras and prayers by the 2 pujari. Then Navchanadi Yagya is done by 9 pandits and then Durgasaptshi Path is also done by the pandits. At last, arti is done of the Goddess and the puja is completed.
