Rudrabhishek Puja starts with a Sankalp taken in the name of the devotee and the purpose of the worship. The Shivling is then bathed with sacred items while chanting Vedic Rudra mantras or Om Namah Shivaya. After the Abhishek, Bilva Patra, flowers and other traditional offerings are presented to Lord Shiva. The puja ends with Shiva Aarti and prayers.
