About Baleshwar Temple

Baleshwar Temple, located in Champawat city of Uttarakhand, is an ancient temple group dedicated to Lord Vishnu, It was built by Chand rulers in the 10th and 12th centuries. The architecture of this temple is quite beautiful. The temple complex is located at a distance of about 100 meters from the bus station in Champawat Nagar. Mahashivratri is an important festival celebrated at this temple. Between October to May is the best time to visit this temple.
