It is located on the banks of the Shambhavi River in Bappanadu hamlet, popularly called "Bappa's village," around 28 to 29 km north of Mangalore along NH-66 heading towards Udupi.

Prasadam is available, yes. Strong social peace is demonstrated by the fact that individuals of all religions participate in and even accept the community meals (annadanam) that are offered on Fridays and other festivals.

3. What role does the temple play in creating harmony throughout the community?

The temple is a unique illustration of religious harmony. Both Christians and Muslims take part in festivals, prasadam distribution, and ceremonies. In remembrance of the temple's founding, the prasad is still sent to Bappa Beary's family on the first festival day.
