About Howrah Belur Math
Belur Math is located in the city of Howrah, West Bengal, India. The Temple is dedicated to Ramakrishna. It is notable for it's architecture that fuses Hindu, Buddhist, and Christian art and motifs as a symbol of unity of all religions. The then President of Belur Math laid the foundation stone on 13 March 1929. Belur Math has been opened for visitors and devotees from 18 August 2021.
