The Chouragarh Temple is located in the city of Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple has almost 1300 steps and the devotees have to climb those steps to reach the temple. Offering a Trishul is regarded as lucky and, once the desire is granted, is similar to expressing gratitude. Maha Shivaratri is the most important festival celebrated in this temple. The best time to visit this temple is during the months of October to June.
