About Devi Temple Panipat

The Devi Temple is located in the city of Panipat, Haryana, India. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. The temple is more than 250 years old and was built in the 18th century by Sadashivrao Bhau, who was a Maratha warrior. Sadashivrao Bhau found the idol of the goddess on the bank of a pond and decided to build the temple in the city. For the last 100 years, Ramlila has been organized in the park during the festival of Navrartri every year.
