Ghode Wala Mandir

About Ghode Wala Mandir

The construction was done in 1964, during which time the environment of this area was not such that any other idol could be installed here. That is why their elders made a statue of a horse and installed it at the main entrance of the temple, after which till date this temple is popular by the name of Ghode Wala Mandir. Regular worship in the temple includes bhajans, lamps, incense sticks and offering of fruits. On special occasions like Janmashtami and Diwali, garlands of lamps are decorated in the courtyard of the temple and grand yagnas are organized.
