About 700 years ago the Lord certainly saw himself as Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami at Banjara Hills. Along with Lord Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami, Lord Shiva also self-manifested himself as Swayambhu Sri Panchajanyeshwara Swami at the same place.
