The Immaiyoom Dharwar Temple is located in the city of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. It is believed that Lord Shiva married Goddess Meenakshi, who used to rule Madurai. Than Shivling was installed in the temple and then Lord Shiva was made the King of Madurai.
