 HG Jashomatinadan Prabhuji, Disciple of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada himself, ordered the construction of the ISKCON Temple in Kathwada in 2016. Known as the Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar Gaudham, the Vaishnav Temple has a vigraha of Lord Krishna and Radha along with those of Jagannath, Baladev, Subhadra and also a vigraha of Nityananda Prabhu, Srila Prabhupada, Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura and Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. This is the first ISKCON temple in which a cow is worshipped along with Radha and Krishna. Themple is located on Sardar Patel Ring Road at the Kathwada village and it is a popular attraction not only for Krishna bhakts but also for tourists and combines beautiful buildings with lively religious activitiesISKCON Kathwada, also known as Hare Krishna Farm and Gaushala, is a well-known ISKCON temple dedicated to Lord Shri Jagannath, Baldev, Subhadra, Sudarshan, and Lord Shri Gaura Nitai. It's been operating for 40 years and features a Gaushala with over 300 cows and 100 bulls, along with 400 cow progeny. The temple also boasts a large farm (70 acres) where organic fodder is grown for the cows.
