ISKCON Rohini Temple

About ISKCON Rohini Temple

The ISKCON Rohini temple, officially named Sri Sri Radha Madhav Temple, began its journey in 1987 when Adikesava Das first applied for land in Rohini. After several years of effort, Radhakinkar Das and Bhakti Rakshak Gokulananda Swami acquired one acre of land. Construction started after the groundbreaking Bhumi Pujan ceremony in 2002, but faced a period of halt. In 2012, Vedavyas Das joined the project, along with architect and interior designer Rasapriya Das, who identified structural alterations and implemented Rajasthani royal artwork with gold leafing. The temple was finally inaugurated in 2024, serving as a spiritual hub for devotees in North Delhi.
