Jalaram Bapa Temple is a famous pilgrimage site located in Virpur village in Rajkot district of Gujarat. This temple is the birthplace of Saint Jalaram Bapa, who was famous for his philanthropy, devotion and service. Bapa's bag and wooden stick are specially worshipped in the temple. There is no donation box here, yet thousands of devotees are served free food (prasad) in the temple every day. The atmosphere of the temple is calm and full of spiritual energy. Darshan timings are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Aarti is performed at 7:30 am and 7:00 pm. Lakhs of devotees come here for darshan on Jalaram Jayanti. This temple is not only a center of devotion, but also a symbol of selfless service and faith. Virpur can be easily reached from Rajkot by bus or taxi.
