About Jugal Kishore Temple - Panna

Shri Jugal Kishore Ji Temple is considered to be a holy temple dedicated to Lord Shri Krishna and Radha Ji. This temple is located in Panna, Madhya Pradesh. This temple is a revered temple of the 18th century, which was built by Hindupat Singh, the fourth Bundel king of Panna, between 1758 and 1778. Shri Jugal Kishore Ji Temple reflects the elements of Bundel Khand including Nat Mandap, Bhog Mandap, Pradakshina Path. This temple is famous for its main festivals like Holi. On the second day of Holi, Lord Shri Krishna and Radha Ji are dressed in traditional attire and it is also believed that they appear in their Sakhi form. A large number of devotees gather to witness this divine event and the crowd is seen in thousands. The premises of this temple are decorated with beautiful paintings and chandeliers, which is the center of attraction for the devotees and also enhances its spiritual atmosphere.
