The Kailash Parvat Rachna Temple is located in the city of Hastinapur, Uttar Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is 131 feet high and is an extension of the oldest temple, "Jain Bada Mandir," in Hastinapur. The first Tirthankar of the Jain community, Bhagwan Rishabhdev, is said to have found salvation atop a Himalayan mountain covered in snow by his followers. Maha Shivaratri is an important festival celebrated at this temple. May to June & September to October are the best times to visit this temple.
