Pachaiamman in which this goddess is considered to be a form of Shakti, who is especially considered to be the protector of nature and forests. 3. Kavel Murugan Lord Murugan, also known as Lord Kartikeya, is a highly revered deity in South India. His weapon, "Vel" (splash) is a symbol of power.
