About Mawsynram temple

The Mawsynram temple is located in the village of Mawsynram in the state of Meghalaya, India. The temple is in a cave which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The caves are situated in Mawsynram village in Khasi Hills around 60 Km away from Capital Shillong. It is famous for its naturally formed Shivalinga which is made up of Pillar. It is the same as Amarnath cave the natural Shivalinga. The best time to visit is in the Summer season month from April to June.
