About Nava Suraj Deval Mandir
The Nava Suraj Deval Mandir is a grand, modern pilgrimage site developed to carry forward the ancient traditions of the original temple nearby.this temple is Located in Devsar village, approximately 11–13 km from Chotila in the Surendranagar district. This temple is dedicated to Lord Surya Narayan (the Sun God). the "Nava" temple itself is a modern construction but its history is a continuation of the 850-year-old Juna Suraj Deval. It was built through the efforts of the temple trust and the local community to provide a larger and more structured space for worship and to house a museum dedicated to the Kathi community's heritage.
