About Papad wale Hanumanji

Papad Wale Hanuman Ji is a famous Hanuman temple located in Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. This temple is known for its special belief, according to which, offering papad in front of the statue of Hanuman ji installed here fulfills the wishes of the devotees. This temple is one of the major Hanuman temples in Jaipur and a large number of devotees come here for darshan. It is believed that a poor devotee offered papad to Lord Hanuman, as he was unable to offer other expensive offerings. Lord Hanuman accepted his devotion and reverence, and since then this tradition started. On the occasion of festivals in the temple, the idol of Hanuman ji is decorated with papad, which is the specialty of this tradition. Papad Ke Hanuman Ji waterfall located near the temple is a beautiful and peaceful site, ideal for nature lovers. This place becomes even more attractive during monsoon, when the stream of water flows in the waterfall.
