Pazhavangadi Ganapathy Temple is one of the famous Lord Ganesha temples in Kerala located at the heart of East Fort, Thiruvananthapuram. The original idol of the Pazhavangadi Ganapathy Temple is a small idol of Lord Ganesh, the Idol is in the seating position with the right leg folded. In this temple, there are 32 various forms of Lord Ganesha. People also worship Dharmasasta, Goddess Durga and Nagaraja in this temple. This magnificent Ganpati Temple is famous for its remarkable jet-black colour, a unique colour for Indian temples and its unusual Ganesh statue.
