Shree Padhmaavati Ammavaari Temple is located in the city of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh and is dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi. Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple is also known as Alamelu Mangapuram Temple because it is believed that Goddess Lakshmi was born as Alamelu and married to Venkateshwara Swami of Tirupati. She used to appear and give darshan to Lord Venkateshwara on a lotus at the temple. This temple has a beautiful avatar of the goddess Padmavathi and the cravings of goddesses Lakshmi, Durga, Sarasvati and many more and is made in the Dravidian style.

By Air
The temple can be reached easily via airways also. The nearest airport is Tirupati Airport, which is nearly 15 km away from Sri Padmavathi Temple. From the airport, you can hire a private taxi, or you can take government buses for the rest of your journey. From the airport, the journey will take 25–30 minutes to reach the temple.
By Road
Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple is located in Tiruchanur; the temple is around 5 km away from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. APSRTC maintains many buses from Tirupati to Tiruchanur on a daily basis. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Autorickshaws and taxis are easily available in Tirupati. The ride takes around 10–15 minutes.
