About Shri Anjani Mahadev Mandir

The Anjani Mahadev Temple is a highly revered hindu shrine located in burva village near solang valley, roughly 14km from manali, himachal Pradesh. it is famously known as the amarthnath of himanchal, due to spectacular natural ice Shiva Lingam that forms every winter. the main attraction of temple is naturally formed ice lingam, created by a waterfall cascading over a rock that freezes in winter. its height can be reached to 20 to 40 feets during the peak winter monist. The temple is named after Mata Anjani who is the mother of Lord Hanuman, who is believed to have performed intense penance at this spot to please Lord Shiva. the most famous festivals celebrated is maha shivratri, this day typically comes in February or march. during this time large number of crowds of devotees and tourists visit this temple.
