Sri Peddamma Thalli Temple is a famous Hindu temple located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Peddamma, also known as Sri Gowramma and Sri Ammavaru.Sri Peddamma Thalli Devalayam, also known as Peddamma Gudi, is a prominent Hindu temple located in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad. It is dedicated to Goddess Durga in the form of 'Peddamma', whose name is derived from 'Pedda' (big) and 'Amma' (mother), meaning 'mother of mothers' or 'supreme mother'. The temple is extremely famous, especially during the Bonalu festival.The temple was established around 150 years ago, and the current structure was built in 1993. The main deity of the temple is a 10 feet high panchaloha idol of Peddamma. The temple complex also houses temples of Goddess Lakshmi, Ganapati, Saraswati and Naga Devta.The name Peddamma is derived from two words "Pedda" and "Amma", meaning "mother of mothers".
