About Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Temple
Founded in 1979, this temple serves the religious, cultural and social needs of the Indian community in Middletown, CT Connecticut. The temple is very traditional, the architecture is typical of a Hindu temple with a soaring tower, and a sanctum for the main idol, surrounded by many shrines to accommodate worshipers from several different Hindu sects. The temple has been recently renovated. volunteer opportunities like, pooja services, cultural activities, concerts, festival celebrations and more are available on the premises.
