Sri Venkata Krishna Temple, located at 2770 Borchard Road in Thousand Oaks, California, is a vibrant center of spirituality rooted in the Udupi tradition of South India. Established in June 2015 on a 15‑acre campus (with prior roots dating back to 2004), it features a 17,000 sq ft complex including a pooja hall, prasada hall, priests’ quarters, and a multipurpose community hall seating around 280 people Dedicated primarily to Udupi Sri Gopala Krishna, the temple also houses shrines to Sri Mahalaxmi, Sri Maha Ganapathi, Mukhyapraana (Sri Hanuman), and the mrithika brindavana of Sri Raghavendra Swamy. Daily rituals are conducted three times with Vedic chants, followed by free vegetarian prasada served during lunch and evening .Managed by the Sujnana Religious & Charitable Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliated with Sri Puthige Matha, founded by Sri Madhvacharya), the temple’s mission is to preserve cultural traditions, educate youth, and provide spiritual services through learned Udupi-trained priests
