Ukhimath Omkareshwar Temple is located in Ukhimath in Rudraprayag district, Uttarakhand. The Utsava Idols from the Madhyamaheshwar and Kedarnath temples are transported to Ukhimath during the winter and are worshipped here for six months. The Omkareshwar Temple is especially well-known for its yearly Maha Shivaratri celebration. The best time to visit this temple is from March to June.
