The temple of Shree Vajreshwari Yogini Devi is located in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The temple is dedicated to Vajreshwari Devi. The Vajreshwari Devi, also known as Vajrabai, is an incarnation of Goddess Parvati on earth. The word Vajra refers to "the lady of Vajra (the thunderbolt).". A golden tortoise is craved on the steps of the worshipped kurma, and the tortoise Avatar of Vishnu. Navratri is the most important festival in this temple.
