At Chintamani Ganpati Temple, the idol of the deity is Swayambhu in east facing Purvabhimukha, with his trunk turned left and beautiful diamonds set in his eyes. The idol is in a cross-legged seated position. There are also some festivals celebrated at Chintamani Ganpati Temple like Ganesh Chaturthi or Vinayak Chaturthi, Magh Shudh and Rama Madhav Punyotsav.
