While chanting the mantras, the Shiva Lingam is bathe with Water (Ganga Jal), Milk, Yogurt, Honey, Ghee, Sugar/Sugarcane Juice, and in final Bath with pure water. then sandalwood, ash, and Bel Patra is applied to the Lingam. then a havan is performed with mantras and offerings and in last arti is done and prashad is shared.
