Pashupatinath(Mandsaur) where Laghu Rudra Abhishek is a ritual done for worshipping Lord Shiva where chanting of mantras is done. In this ritual, Panchamrut (milk, curd, honey, ghee and sugar), is offered to the Shivling. This offering represents the devotees' devotion to Shivji.
At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. During the puja, Mantras are chanted by the pujari. These mantras are Rudra Suktha. Abhishek of Lord Shiv is done with the help of things like Milk, Ghee, Curd etc. At last, Arti is done by the pujari and blessings are taken.
