About

Chandi path is also known as Shri Durga Saptshati path. Chandi Paath is dedicated to the goddess Chandi. It involves the paths of chandi Saptashati a revered text from the Markandeya Purana, it consists of 700 verses (Shlokas) and is divided into 13 chapters. 

At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then invoking of Maa Durga is done with the help of mantras and prayers by the pujari ji. After that pujari ji will start reading and explain the chandi path to the devotees. At last, the puja is completed by doing the aarti of Goddess Durga and by taking her blessings by the devotees.

Kalash (कलश), Chandan (चंदन), Tulsi beads (तुलसी की माला), Turmeric (हल्दी), Kumkum (कुमकुम), Flowers(फूल).
