At first Kalash is established on pot with help of coconut and mango leaf's. Then Sankalp is taken in the name of devotees. Then invoking of Goddess Durga is done with mantras and prayers by the pujari. Then 50 Pujariji recites Durga Saptashtipath and then Pujariji sets fire in to Hawan Kund and perform the Hawan vidhi. At last Arti of Goddess Chandi is done and blessings are taken by the devotees.
