The Birla temple is located inside Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi. The temple is 1.7 km from the main gate. It has the highest temple tower in the world, 77 meters long and is completely made of marble. The top festivals celebrated are Shivratri, Mahotsava, Krishna Janmashtami, Deepawali, Navratri, Annakut and Temple Establishment Day.
