Rudranath Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiv. It is one of the Panch Kedar temples. Located in the Garhwal Himalayan Mountains in Uttarakhand, this is a natural rock temple. It is the third temple of the Panch Kedar. It is believed that the face of Lord Shiva is worshipped here as " Neelakantha Mahadev." It is one of the hardest treks, approximately 24 km long. Maha Shivaratri is an important festival for this temple. May to October are the best times to visit this temple.
