Shri Maa Lalita Devi Mandir is a Hindu temple located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is the famous place of Prayagraj as the Maa Lalita Devi Mandir is dedicated to Goddess Lalita Devi, who is an indication of Goddess Sati. The temple is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths and among the three Shakipeeths present in Allahabad. This goddess is worshipped by Maharishi Bharadwaj and also by Rama, It is believed that the Pandavas visited the temple and offered prayers here. The construction of the Lalita Devi temple is based on the Sri Yantra. The temple has been renovated many times and the last renovation was done in the year 1987 A.D. Also festivals like Navratri are celebrated with great enthusiasm.
