Sri Shanmukha Swami Gudi is situated on a hillside off Mysore Road in Rajarajeswari Nagar, Bangalore. This temple is dedicated to Lord Murugan. The temple is situated above a rock that is 90 feet in diameter and 270 feet in circumference, approximately 130 feet below the summit of the hill. This temple has also been constructed in a unique style, with the six faces of Lord Murugan constituting a temple tower supported by six pillars and having cross ventilation in the shape of a star. Skanda Sashti Vratam is an important festival of this temple.
