Skandagiri Subramanya Swamy Temple in Secunderabad is a famous temple dedicated to Lord Subramanya. Sri Subramanya Swamy Devalayam at Skandagiri is one of the famous temples in Hyderabad. This temple is dedicated to Lord Murugan (Subrahmanya) and is located in Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad. The temple was established in 1968 by Pujya Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swamiji. This temple, located in Padmarao Nagar, is believed to remove Angaraka and Kuja doshas as well as Kaala Sarpa doshas. In 1965, a devotee was advised by Lord Subramanya in a dream to take a salt-free diet until the temple was established. Subsequently, in 1968 Pujya Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swamiji laid the foundation stone of this temple and performed Mahakumbhabhishekam on 26 August 1968.
